4. Selling Leads

   • Leads are sold by geography and agents pay per lead. If you want 5 leads every other day for Cherry Hill, NJ you'll get a file with 5 leads every odd or even day of the month (assuming we have 5 leads in that location). We'll also let you know the total number of leads received in case you want to buy more.

   • We can sell you leads on an ad-hoc basis. When you need them, request them.

   • We also offer exclusivity on a particular geography (fees apply) and within commercial or residential.

5. Agreement

   • Pick your model (exclusive or pay per lead)

   • Pick the frequency of the leads you want (one-time, every X number of days, etc.)

   • Our agreement is monthly and can be canceled at any time. A setup fee does apply.

• Step 3: We deliver a Statement of Work (SOW). You sign the SOW when ready to start.

• Step 4: We collect the setup fee and generate your lead file. If you want to market to your lead file, we can help you there as well (separate fee applies).

• Non-Exclusive Leads: One-time setup fee + Pay per lead. Includes ad-hoc model.

• Exclusive (meaning we don't deliver any leads to anyone else in that geography within commercial and/or residential): Pricing depends on the location needed. We offer town/city, county, and state exclusivity.

• No long-term contracts; cancel anytime.
